Beijing Olympic Traffic Restrictions
With traffic on Beijing’s previously overcrowded roads now moving freely there has been much debate about the idea of keeping the odds and evens vehicle use law in place permanently.
Website forums are awash with tens of thousands of people debating the traffic regulation. Many concede it will help improve Beijing’s air quality and traffic movements, however it is also pointed out that most of Beijing’s pollution comes from the factories.

Paralympics
Do note that with the opening of the Paralympics tonight that tight traffic control measures are in place around Olympic Park. Expect the same conditions for the closing ceremony.
