While this shopping centre says that many of the products for sale are antiques it would be wise to assume they are not before committing to any particular purchase. Porcelain, teapots, furniture, jewelry and chinoiserie are among some of the things available in this multilevel shopping centre ‘around the corner’ from The Dirt Market (Panjiayuan).

Curio City (Antique City, as it is signed) on the south third ring road, is an easy walk from Chao Wai Furniture market, the glasses market and directly opposite the Beijing antique painting and calligraphy centre. There is so much to do and see in this area you could easily make a day or two of shopping just around this small area!
